Yes, we deliver live training via video conferencing. We will see all your movements and correct you in real time (as though you were together in the same room).
During group training, you get to see and hear the others working out with you on your screen which makes the whole experience more fun.
To train online, all you need is a camera (usually found on your computer or tablet) and access to the internet. We use a video conferencing app called Zoom (which works like Skype).
At your scheduled time, you will login to a special link. That link will take you to an online room where you will see yourself and your trainer. You will have the option to magnify your own image, the trainer, or see everyone at the same time evenly spaced across your screen.
This really depends on your goals, budget and availability. Our private clients typically train with us 2 to 3 days per week for optimal results. Our group members meet up with us 2 times a week.
We offer 30, 45, and 55 minute sessions. Tribe training is 45 minutes.
During our first session, we talk about your goals, dream body, and what you are willing to commit to going after.
We assess your strengths and weaknesses, as well as your movement history.
Once we establish where you are today and where you want to go, we guide you through our movement system.
A typical session will look something like this:
Release and energize through myo-fascia release, moving stretches, core activation.
Then we go through a set of strength building exercises designed to help you reach your goals.
We get your heart rate up through bursts high intensity exercises.
Cool down with mindful stretches and breathing.
You only need enough space to lie down on a mat with your legs straight, and your arms extended out to each side, creating a T. Ideally, you want to be able to see your whole body when standing in front of a camera.
Dumbbells (either adjustable or a set of lighter weights, medium, and heavier weights).
Tennis/squash ball/spiky ball
Physio Ball (optional)
