Peak Fitness Tribe is the easiest way for busy people to stay fit. Our powerful workouts will leave you trim, toned, and satisfyingly sweaty, as you train alongside a tribe of your family or friends. Get the body you want and the support you need right from the comfort of your own home — without the price tag!

Each Peak Fitness Tribe is made up of a small group (no more than 6) of people committed to feeling stronger, looking better, and being their best without the hassle of spending hours in the gym.

Tribes are hosted via video conferencing.
That’s right, you don’t have to go anywhere to train with us… all you need is to login to our video server and you’ll join us live.

Each tribe is limited to 6 people who are focused on reaching a similar goal. We use sophisticated skills to refine your body and movement, giving you understanding and command of your body like never before.

When you train with a tribe, you’re part of something bigger than yourself. Each month you get time to share your goals, celebrate your successes, and strategize how to breakthrough challenges you might meet along the way.

Your tribe knows what you’re going through and they’ll be there to support and encourage you every step of the way.

Most importantly, working out with your tribe is fun, and when exercise is fun, it’s much easier to get it done!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does training online work? Is it LIVE?

    Yes, our trainer can see all your movements and correct you in real time as though you were together in the same room. You also get to see and hear the others working out with you on your screen which makes the whole experience more fun.

    To train online, all you need is a camera (usually found on your computer or tablet) and access to the internet. We use a video conferencing app called Zoom (which works like Skype).

    At your scheduled time, you will login to a special link we will have sent you after you sign up. That link will take you to an online room where you will see yourself, the trainer, and your fellow tribe members. You will have the option to magnify your own image, the trainer, or see everyone at the same time evenly spaced across your screen.


  • How many people per Tribe?

    Each Peak Fitness Tribe is limited to 6 people. This ensures that every participant receives quality attention from the trainer, and it allows for strong connections between each member of the Tribe.

  • How long is the program?

    6 months is the minimum amount of time required to achieve real results in your physical fitness. That's why our minimum length for Peak Fitness Tribe is 6 months.

  • How many sessions per week?

    You have the option to train 2 or 3 times per week.

    Each training session is 30 minutes, with two exceptions:

    1. The very first session is 55 minutes long to allow us time for introductions.
    2. Every fourth session is 45 minutes, allowing time to share and for a detailed introduction to the next month’s workout.

    There will be 1 make-up session per month. Everyone is welcome to attend that session regardless of whether you missed a session or not.

  • What if I miss a session?

    There will be 1 make-up session per month and everyone is welcome to attend, whether they missed a session or not.

    We also have the option to record, so as long as you give us ample notice, we can record your session and you can catch up in your own time. 
  • How much space do I need?

    You only need enough space to lie down on a mat with your legs straight, and your arms extended out to each side, creating a T. Ideally, you want to be able to see your whole body when standing in front of a camera.

  • What kind of equipment will I need?

    That depends on which Tribe you sign up for, however typically all you'll need is a mat and some dumbbells.

  • What if I am a different level than the other people in the tribe?

    Each exercise can be modified to get easier or more challenging. When you are able to perform a modified version of an exercise in good form with ease, you’ll be ready to move it up to the next level.

    Some people advance within 1 or 2 weeks and some people take 6 to 8 weeks before they are ready to progress an exercise. This all depends on your body type, fitness level, and health history.

    We encourage you to really honor where your starting point is. Perhaps need a little push, or more often than not, you need to slow down and be accepting of where your body is in the moment. Our clients who have patience and show up consistently are the one’s that make the fastest, most obvious progress.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    Tribe Fitness is all about team work and community. We want to maintain a personalized experience for each client, while keeping the integrity of the group, so we ask that you commit to a minimum of 6 months.

    However, if for any reason you want to cancel within the first 7 days of your program, you are welcome to do so, and we will refund your money no questions asked.
