$280 - $1500 per month— The majority of our clients reserve a regular time slot with us and then pay monthly.
Depending on your body needs, goals, and budget, you can choose to train for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 55 minutes per session and train 1 to 3 days per week.
$300 — If you simply want us to help you design your workout program, you can book 2 private sessions with Tysan or Zenon.
We’ll assess your fitness level, plan your routine, and in the second session we’ll record and share the session recording with you as well as give you a written template of your workout.
With every client, we always start by establishing your goals (which we re-visit regularly) and current fitness level.
Next we determine how long and often you should train (which varies based on your body, your budget, your time, and your goal).
Finally we choose a time slot that works for both of us. Once your time slot is reserved, you’ll get auto-charged a monthly membership fee based on how long and how often you train with us.
You can cancel or pause the membership anytime.
$267/month for 6 months
Train with 5 other people twice a week over the course of 6 months. Because the group is small, you still get very personalized attention as well as the fun opportunity to train and bond with the others in the group.

How did we figure it out?
Simply put, we’ve both lived a life of movement (competitive hockey, martial arts, professional dance)…
We’ve done our homework. We’re certified as personal trainers, exercise science specialists, kettlebell, pilates, yoga, and TRX certified (among many other trainings and courses).
However, that was the easy part.
The difference maker (aside from years of experience teaching) has been our mentors. We have both worked closely with the best of the best in the movement, athletic, and training field.
We shadowed our mentors, were trained by our mentors, and were drilled on teaching by our mentors.
And as we got mentored, we trained client after client.
We learned the ins and outs of why some succeeded and some struggled.
We learned all about how they wanted to feel…
And how they wished they could look.
And we learned about their habits outside of our sessions and how they needed to be guided in order to get optimal results.
That’s why we spent so much time working on the art of coaching.
Because when push comes to shove, fitness is really on one part of the wellness puzzle.
There is what you eat, how you live, sleep, and think.
